The annual election for the Northern California Bluegrass Society Board Of Directors will be held at the Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival at Bolado Park in Tres Pinos on Saturday, August 8, 2015, 10:00am-5:00pm, and by mail.

The Tuttles With A. J. Lee (Palo Alto) will perform at a Woodshed Music & Arts concert at St. James Church, 1565 Lincoln Avenue, San Jose. The Saturday evening May 23 program will begin at 7:30pm.
The three-year old Woodshed series brings a variety of musical styles, including bluegrass, to the South Bay.

The Naked Bootleggers
The Naked Bootleggers, The True Life Troubadours, and The Eddie DuCommun Band will perform at the 2015 Santa Cruz Bluegrass Fair on Saturday, May 2. Five Bands will fill the afternoon line-up.
The FREE gathering at the Duck Pond Stage in San Lorenzo Park is presented by the Northern California Bluegrass Society/Santa Cruz Bluegrass Society.
The 29th annual fair, which features music, food, grass, trees, spring weather, and friends, is the kick-off for the outdoor bluegrass music season in Northern California.

The Northern California Bluegrass Society, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization aka the Santa Cruz Bluegrass Society, is now collecting funds from donors for the NCBS Walker Creek Music Camp Scholarship Fund for students at the upcoming Fall 2015 Walker Creek Camp set for October 8-11.
The fund, which is managed by a NCBS committee, accepts tax-deductible donations and disburses scholarships for deserving music camp students.

The Northern California Bluegrass Society’s Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival will present The Stoney Mountain Ramblers (Menlo Park) at the Bolado Park Event Center, Tres Pinos.
The 22nd annual festival will run Thursday through Sunday, August 6-9, 2015. The GOF is a showcase of top California bluegrass bands.

The Down Beets and the Eddie DuCommun Band will play on Saturday May 2 at the FREE Santa Cruz Bluegrass Fair.
The relaxed afternoon concert at the Duck Pond Stage in San Lorenzo Park next to the courthouse in Santa Cruz will feature 5 Bands. The fair is presented by the Northern California Bluegrass Society/Santa Cruz Bluegrass Society.
The gathering is a Rite Of Spring celebrating the opening of the outdoor bluegrass season in Northern California.

Della Mae will appear in a Redwood Bluegrass Associates concert in Mountain View on Saturday Evening, May 2.
The show at the First Presbyterian Church Of Mountain View will conclude the current season. The monthly series will return in the fall.
All RBA concerts are welcomed by the Northern California Bluegrass Society.
An open jam at the church will begin at 5:00pm. Concert doors will open at 7:00pm for the 7:30pm show.
